As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Camryn works to advance a more equitable and just society, particularly as it relates to gender equality and human rights. As part of the Policy and Research team, Camryn leads Vote Mama Foundation’s ongoing Campaign Funds for Childcare and Campaign Funds for Security research projects and plays a key role in supporting Vote Mama Foundation’s Politics of Parenthood report series. Her research projects identify the barriers that keep mamas out of office and out of power, and the nonpartisan policy solutions that can increase the political representation of mamas nationwide.

Camryn received a BSW degree from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and a MSW degree from Columbia University with a specialization in Policy Practice.
